HISTORY:

24 Hour Toner Service Inc. has been in operation since 1991 and services 2000+ customers. We are a premium remanufacturer of "New Parts" toner cartridges.  We do not resell low cost refill toners, many of which are not made in Ontario.  All remanufactured cartridges sold to you by 24 Hour Toner Service Inc. are assembled in our Toronto factory. Each cartridge we build is pre-tested for print quality and is fully guaranteed against defects.  Should any problems arise they will be resolved within 24 hours.

MISSION:

24 Hour Toner Service's primary mission is to set-up and service recycling programs for printer, fax machine and photocopier consumable products. By offering both original manufacturer products as well as "new parts" remanufactured products, we can set-up a recycling program that suits your needs. We service all areas of the public and private sectors. Some of the measures we take to ensure that our recycling programs are a success are:

A) End-user training to ensure your users are aware of how their printers work and know how to remedy common problems not relating to defective cartridges.

B) Emergency 4 hour maximum service, for those times when you run right out of toner within the Greater Toronto Area.

C) Each of our Toner Cartridge Packages contains instructions advising the user to throw nothing into the garbage. Rather to put all the pieces being replaced in the printer back into the original package and we will pick it up the next time we are in to deliver.

D) We carry a wide range of environmentally friendly, remanufactured printer, fax machine and copier consumable products. For example, we have an environmentally friendly program for InkJet Printers.

E) We recycle all the packaging material as well as the cartridges themselves.

F) Our delivery personnel are knowledgeable in solving printer problems, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of the recycling program and minimizing end-user inconvenience.

G) 24 Hour Toner Service employs a technical staff enabling us to provide our customers with laser printer maintenance, for a complete printer solution source.

H) All cartridges are 100% guaranteed against defects.
